Our commitment to our clients is to help them grow their business. And with that in mind, we've developed proprietary marketing tools that will reveal the deepest consumer and brand insights and consequently, success for the brand.

Our Beliefs

Far too many marketing and advertising campaigns and programs are based on assumptions, hearsay and reliance on secondary sources when it comes to the consumer's wants, needs and beliefs. Not so at viva.

We firmly believe that it is our responsibility as an agency to know and understand our consumers' hearts and minds, and their needs, wants and beliefs. And know them profoundly. Know how they feel about the category, the brand and the brand's competitors.

We spend a considerable amount of time with our target consumers throughout the year and in various geographic markets. Speaking with them in stores, on the street, relaxing over coffee in their homes, observing them as they shop, eat, work and play – and use products and services. So when we begin developing marketing programs and advertising campaigns, we really connect with our consumer and know how our messaging will affect and persuade him or her.

And this means senior management involvement as well. This is not a task for interns with little experience and consumer knowledge. In order to get it right our entire team participates and gets to know our consumers at a deeper level.
