The principals of the company are personally involved in and on the business of every client, even if it means limiting the number of clients we'll take on.

And our team structure is different than most agencies. We abhor hierarchy and believe in a flat organizational structure that puts the work first. And how do we make it work? Via our 3-Deep Team Approach comprised of a Project Manager, Brand Strategist and Creative Lead. Each Team is limited to managing a small number of clients.

ViVA is a different kind of agency. Yes, really. And we know everyone says more or less the same thing, We on the other hand, are more like a Strategic Think Tank & Dynamic Execution Team. The best comparison might be the MarCom version of the Navy Seals.

This means that 1) we can meet at a moment's notice 2) we're nimble and can get things done quickly and 3) we collectively think and embody the client's needs and finally, we do it all with a passion and dedication to optimal creativity regardless of the objective. Not to mention the fact that we're great to work with – nice, smart people with great attitudes and confidence – not big egos.
